1. Seller identification

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or purchasing any product or service offered here, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website and do not complete a purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

4. Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout and during support interactions, including your name, email address, order details and, where applicable, delivery information. Access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout, so an incorrect email address may prevent delivery.

5. Description of the purchases

We currently offer: Video Feedback Program (US$25.00), a digital educational program; Result 10x (US$37.00), an advanced digital training and implementation toolkit; and Express Tracking (US$49.00), a priority order-monitoring and customer-support add-on for eligible orders that include a trackable delivery. Each product page describes what is included, how it is delivered and what is not promised.

6. Payment processing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Every purchase is a single one-time payment. No subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge is created. Payments are processed by a third-party secure checkout provider; we do not receive or store your full card number.

7. Digital delivery

Educational products are delivered digitally. After payment confirmation, access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery of educational products is normally immediate, although the email may take a few minutes to arrive. For Express Tracking, activation instructions are sent after payment confirmation and verification of the eligible order, normally within one business day.

8. Member area access

Access to the online member area is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with them.

9. Permitted use

The materials are licensed to you for your own personal study and professional practice. You may use the templates and checklists in your own work.

10. Sharing and resale prohibited

You may not share, distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, resell or make available to third parties any part of the materials, nor share your member-area credentials.

11. Intellectual property

All content, including lessons, texts, templates, checklists, examples, layout and trademarks displayed on this website, is owned by the Seller or used with authorisation, and is protected by applicable law.

12. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to access the website, member area or accounts without authorisation.
  • Copying, scraping or reproducing content for redistribution.
  • Using the products for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Interfering with the security or normal operation of the website or member area.
  • Providing false information at checkout or in support requests.

13. Educational products

Video Feedback Program and Result 10x are educational products. They are not job offers, employment programs, investments or guaranteed-income opportunities, and purchasing them does not create an employment relationship. They do not provide work, clients or contracts.

14. No guarantee of results

Individual results vary according to previous experience, participation, effort and application. No employment, income, business, productivity or performance result is guaranteed. Express Tracking assists with tracking information but does not control carrier operations and does not guarantee a delivery date.

15. Third-party references

Any reference to third-party platforms is descriptive only. YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. This website and its products are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Third-party websites linked from here are governed by their own terms.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without excluding any right guaranteed to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for results you do or do not obtain from applying the materials, for carrier, customs or postal service actions, or for temporary interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

17. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows a refund request within 7 calendar days after payment confirmation.

18. Suspension of access in case of fraud

We may suspend or cancel access in case of proven fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing or unauthorised distribution of the materials, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our products or in applicable law. The updated version is published on this page with a new revision date and applies to purchases made after publication.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Consumer rights provided by mandatory law remain fully applicable.
